The Ordained Ministers’ Conference (OMC) is the annual spiritual retreat for all ministers in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in the United Kingdom (UK).
Since the announcement of the new continent structure of United Kingdom, Europe and Republic of Ireland, the OMC after three years is now taking place as a Continental Ordained Minsters Conference.

During this period, ministers withdraw from their regular schedules for a time of worship and devotion to the Lord.
The conference is thus marked by personal and collective reflection on the call to God’s service, as ministers pursue greater consecration through meditation on the Holy Scriptures and fervent prayer.

Delegates to the Continental OMC receive tremendous blessing from the Word of God through inspired teaching and mentorship
from the General Overseer of the RCCG, Pastor E. A. Adeboye and other senior leaders of the church. To the glory of God, ministers always emerge from these meetings spiritually refreshed and strengthened in their faith, service and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ. The conference is also a welcome opportunity for the deepening of existing relationships and cultivation of new friendships in the bond of peace.
